Cancellation Policy

To Cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If cancelations are not made within 24 hours of your appointment, A $35.00 fee will be billed to you. (For that time slot could've been giving to another client.) If the appointment is Not cancelled or Rescheduled within the 24-hour period, and our worker drives out to your property, and/or you are a NO show or Not home for the quote/estimate that you have requested, there will be a $50.00 NON-Refundable fee. Unless the appointment is rescheduled and job has landed, these fees will then turn into a deposit. So please avoid these fees by keeping your appointments. Thank you for your cooperation
